RETURN POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept exchanges for unused, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a Willa Wirth retail store credit only. We do not do cash back. Store credits are available for use for 1 year from the date of issue and may only be used at the Willa Wirth retail store or via phone order.
Sale and special order merchandise are final sale.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization.
