RETURN POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept exchanges for unused, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of receipt for Willa Wirth retail store credit. Store credits are available for use for 1 year from the date of issue and may only be used at the Willa Wirth retail store or via phone order.
Sale and special order merchandise are final sale.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition.
For your protection, please package the item securely in a hard box with the original receipt and mail it to us via Parcel Post or any other insured delivery service. Store Return Policy
The Willa Wirth Silver Design store located at 99 congress st does not issue refunds for returned merchandise.
Store credit may be issued or items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt. Merchandise must be in original condition. All special orders and sale merchandise are final sale.
Repairs
Repair services for damaged and worn jewelry are provided upon request. You may come by the store or contact us with your repair needs.
When shipping an item, please package securely and be sure to print and include our "Repair” form (included below) with your jewelry.
Upon receipt and review of your item, we will contact you with an estimate of cost and time needed to complete your repair.
We do our best to satisfy our customers, but depending on the condition and age, some pieces may be harder to repair.
